Case are in court didnot get a single date since two months

Someone I know have a case in court he is going on dates and now got bail in all five of them but now they are saying there are more cases but all those other case never got a single date since 2 months when all of this started ,I can't get bail because these case are not getting dates in court and those that are getting dates and now got bail mean nothing and they are not letting my person out of jail what do I do.

if you know the fir number so you can check the status of cases if it is civil case you can check by particular court otherwise you can put the application and check the status of cases which is pending

you have not mentioned the offence for which bale is being sought by the person. application for bail can be made prior to the listing of the matter and does not depend on the case getting started in court. therefore you need to file an application for getting bail. in any case you may share the complete facts of the case and all relevant documents with me for proper legal advise on the matter.

if you have the FIR and the copy of the chargesheet you can file for the bail directly to the court based on the FIR. The FIR copy must be with the accused and in that case getting a bail is easy for you

First of all you should hire an advocate then he will provide proper information regarding matters going in court and how they got relief in their court cases. If any bail is pending then an advocate is helps in to get relief from police custody
