Case against punching without any injury

If I can't show evidence of serious injury then will police take action? If someone punches me on the stomach and regularly pushes me showing his strength, which causes harassment but is not equal to stabbing and shooting as there is no external injury due to pushing.

you can go for Quash at High Court. Before that some legal activities should have to be done at lower Court then appeal for Quash. It is the remedy to get relief from it. for further information please contact me if you require.
