Case against person for creating fake documents in section 138 case.

My father has filed a case against a person for bounced cheques, the person is now known to be a fraud , who has created bogus documents to weaken the case , he is proven in other cases as a person who creates fake documents , can the judgment in other cases be used to strengthen our case , kindly advise.
If you are sure that he has submitted fake documents to the court, then file application before court to send the documents for forensic lab to rove its authenticity by claiming that accused has submitted fake documents before the court. Meanwhile you can file PCR against him for forgery, fraud at Magistrate court, discuss with your advocate to take further action
