Case against my Husband Domestic violence, 498a. Advocate neglecting

Sir, I have filed Domestic violence and 498a case against my Husband. The case was filed in 2022. I have engaged an advocate. But I regret to say that he is neglecting my case and me. He asks me not to visit his office and very rarely attends my calls. Even in case if he lifts the call he condemns me and doesn't allow me to speak further. I am very suspicious about him . Already I am going through tough times , now my advocate is an added ordeal. I need help and support to find what is his idea.
hi first need to see the stage of the case and its proceedings and if the advocate is delaying the proceedings then you could file petition to expediete the case and if he is not responding properly then you could obtain NOC from him and appoint another advocate
