Case against daughter in law for abusing bad words and mentally tortur

Property is in my name my daughter in law is daily torturing with bad words, she is harassing mentally it is almost from 5 years I am facing the problem can I vacate her from my house legally. I am having three sons youngest son is staying far away near to his office, whereas another two sons staying with me in first floor,

very good evening you can approach divisional office revenue divisional office officer he is the Competent Person for senior citizen harassment by the son or Son in law or daughter or daughter in law
