Case about soil polution by waste water

Sir, My father is currently in jail for a week against the crime of discharging waste water of etp plant, and sec 468 is also applied for faulty document. Lower court has already rejected bail application so we have applied for sessions court. In sessions court judgement was announced on today(friday). but at 6 PM judge has decline to sign the paper.and bail application will further proceed to Monday with 2 days of gap. What is happened that hon' judge didnt sign the paper and proceed it to monday? Please help me with this Can he get bail? Our family is in big trouble right now :-(
Which lower court reject this application of bail also when lower court reject the bail going to upper court and grant the bail its not a big offence court given a bail also one person to ready for jamin if any query
