Car sold with incorrect sale date

21-Nov-2024 (In Criminal Law)
I purchased a car from a dealer on July 26, 2024, but the sale date was incorrectly recorded as March 31 2024, by the dealer. This error affects my car’s resale value, warranty, extended warranty, and service timelines, resulting in a loss of four months. The dealer is not showing any interest in correcting their mistake. How do I handle this legally?

Dear Sir, You may issue a legal notice if the dealer did not respond then file a case before Consumer Court claiming huge compensation. It is bounden duty of the dealer to execute Rectification Deed and facilitate you to resell the property since it was mentioned with wrong details.
