Car impounded under NDPS act police not releasing the car what to do

Sir, iam from bidar and my nearly from 3years my car was not released from ps because car was in the name of my dad he was on dylasis he should go dylasis 2times in 7 days is there any solution to release my car with out to take my dad to court car was booked in NDPS ACT please can you suggest me the solution
Your father is put on dialysis twice a week. He would be able to attend the court or ps on other days. NDPS Act is strict and it it is better your father attends the case personally whenever he can and exemption application could be filed by your lawyer when he has to go for dialysis. Make an application for release of vehicle, it would be released on conditions.

Yes your dad can execute power of attorney in your name then u can file application to the court and the court will release the vehicle with some conditions which have to be complied. normally the conditions will be to execute indemnity bond and not to alienate, sell or change the colour of the vehicle till the case is over.
