Car and Bike accident case lawyer not interested to win the case

Dear sir,
Accident b/w car & bike, police filed FIR against my car by changing the location, bike accident took place on NH4, they put service road in FIR.
Case is pending from past 2 yrs
I have photos to prove that bike accident was on NH4.
my lawyer is compromised with opponent.
Is there way a to speak to judge & submit the photos & videos as proof.
it is better to change the lawyer and appoint another lawyer who can represent you in a better way and see that the case is won if you are not satisfied with the services of that lawyer better to change him

Hi please take up the issue with Karnataka State Bar Council against the advocate if you have enough proof to prove his involvement to sabotage your case by colluding with opponent party. Upon the decision of the enquiry committee you may take further action.

If you are advocate colluded with opposite side it is better for you to change the advocate. There is a provision of “Party-in-Person” to represent to his own case but in Bengaluru City it cannot be worked out due to heavy work load on the judges. The judges have no time to hear patiently. Better hire another advocate.
