What is the procedure to cancel surety given to accused after withdrawal of case?

Well, in order to withdraw the sureties or surety bond filed by you, you have to file an application in the concerned trial court by attaching the requisite court fees. If the Court approves your Application, you sureties will be released after case withdrawal.
