Cancellation of maintenance for my mom which is ordered by DC

Sir my father married a women she passed away 20 years back after that my mom and dad got married in temple.But after few years my dad again got married with a women and he registered the marriage.So when we heard this we filled a case in district court and got maintenance of RS.10000 per month.Now the women troubled us by saying i got registration copy and i can able to cancel the maintenance ordered by court.My dad with us only , so please tell me that whether she can alone able to cancel the order.
The law of maintenance has been given under S. 24 of the HMA. However, this law does not provide for maintenance to the wife of the second marriage but, in a catena of cases, the courts have given a wide interpretation to this section. Now, under S. 24 even a second wife can claim maintenance from her husband.
