can women be arrested at 11pm ?

i am asking this question on behalf of my cousin...she stays alone in bangalore she is been arrested at 11pm at night she without lady police officers and they kept her in mental hospital for other day til afternoon,as she falled their feet on night for listen her statement first.and Fir filed on her husband also and after that she has been sent to parappana agarahara also for 2 days.and after release also police Sub inspector took one lakh bribe and constable keep harrassing her for bribe and she spent 1 lakh for them also.ow my question is can they arrest woman at night11pm? can they ask bribe?can they keep withiut security in mental hospital??????

police officer should not ask drive but they are having their rights to arrest at any time if they are having the cognizable offences if Dena uska offences then the police officer arrest at any time any cost

Dear Sir, It is Police high handedness and you have many forums to approach and lodge oral and written complaints. Please approach IPS officers and tell them about the incident and they may help you. If she is having support she may approach media and to get it broad casted on live channels. In many cases the victims are not approching the print and eletronic media so such illegal activities are happening.

there is a different procedure for women accused there is special permission by manjistarte they can arrest but without any lady officer can't take her custody they Did kindly take a legal action against after sunset and before Sunrise they arrested and even not brought any lady officers at time of custody more details contact us Handyman law associates through web thank you
