Can we take picture of petition before submitting

30-Jan-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Before submitting advance application, recall petition or certified copies application...etc. Instead of xerox, I simply take a picture of it on my phone with time stamp for proof. Is it wrong to do so? I understand taking photos of people in court complex is prohibited.

you taking photo of your application is ok. just done take the phone inside the court hall but do it outside. it's always good to have a copy of what your filing. but application like advance recall or certificate copy are not so much required since it's just the process to be followed
