I am the builder we have JV with the another builder for the development of property Name Y and Y sell property to A and A sell the property to the person who have wrote the defamatory statements on Google review.in fact we have no relation with that building as we have given the said building to another developer name Y and the purchaser is blaming on us so what is the legal remedy ? Can we file a defamation suit against that person
