Can we file Cross FIR after one year?

If someone was convicted under sec 326,341 & remanded in judicial custody for 15 days+5000 fine. can he file counter FIR after a year, he was not aware of counter FIR concept earlier and also he was from different city, so didn't had free time for legal issues. Can he file Cross FIR now? He was also badly attacked. Will police file FIR?Will other party be arrested?

Arrest and remanded which place?
You got it bail along with any conditions before the honorable court issued or not?
After some months through court sent summons or not

it is known as counter complaint. if the person has already convicted he has to move the session court or JM court to file a new complaint against you. a criminal case has to be filed for false complaint
