can we file a case against a remand accused

hi ni filed a case against my labours who theft my money in cash box. fir was filled. i neeed to knw wheather i can file a case against them for my another branch theft.

yes, you can file since it related to other transaction and jurisdiction. Double jeopardy not applicable here. court may conduct joint trail in case parties same. Therefore no bar in reporting the crime and registered second fir for another transaction
