can we challenge the appointment against whom criminal case is pending

Dear Sir, A candidate having criminal case u/s 342,307,323,504,506,147,395 IPC, is appointed as a teacher, he has not disclosed the same on character certificate of police. The case is pending before the appointment. The court has also issue the N.B.W. against him before the appointment and he was on bail before the appointment. Can we challenge his appointment. Please suggest me the way
The appointment can be challanged provided it has been mentioned in the appointment terms & conditions to give prior information about any pending cases or any character certificate has to be submitted.

You can challenge. File a complaint before DIOS and get it received. You can also approach high court through writ petition. It is a matter of concealment of facts also. The appointment will be definitely cancelled.
