Can we apply to the session court for issuing directions to the magistrate court for expediating the process of Discharge Application and pronouncing the order

you cannot applied directly to a session court for directing the magistrate to expeditiously dispose of your discharge application you can request the magistrate to dispose of your application after the application is dispose of you can file an appeal in the sessions court you can also file a complaint in the outward office for immediate disposal with the principal district judge
