Can warrant be issued in domestic violence case ?

The Cjm has issued a Bailable warrant for my parents against a domeatic violence case filed by my wife. Can an arrest warrant for domestic violence be issued on a civil case ?

yes arrest warrants can also be issued if you fail to appear on the bailable warrants domestic violence is civil as well as criminal in nature both however if you fail to appear before the court then arrest warrant can also be issued against you so please appear before the court through your counsel and file your reply as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience
