Can the molestation of my molestation be withdrawn without my consent

28-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My name is Kalpana Mishra, my age is 18. On February 7, a boy passed me dirty dirty comments which he slapped me for opposing. I immediately went to my nearest police station and lodged a complaint against him. 3 months later I was called to court but that boy did not come. And now it has been a long time, but no call has come from the police, nor any further action is taken by police, so I want to know if my family can withdraw the Complaint or do I need my consent or my signature to get the Complan back?

It can not withdraw without your consent. You have consult with legal advisor with your complaint and you have to follow your complaint and police for further action. In sometime if police write down the complaint not FIR and police find and check the facts and close the complaint
