Q: मकान गलत बना है, बीम नहीं डाली,लेंटर पर काफी बडी ममटी बना दी

तीन दुकानों के ऊपर एक छोटा सा मकान (टाईल्स, पानी, बिजली, पंेट आदि सहित) का ठेका 850/- प्रति वर्ग फिट की दर से बनवाया गया। ठेकेदार प्लास्तर स्तर तक कार्य कर, कार्य बीच में छोड कर भाग गया। मकान गलत बना है, बीम नहीं डाली,लेंटर पर काफी बडी ममटी बना दी, जिस कारण भवन गिरने को है। अब ठेकेदार अनफिनिष्ठ वर्क (जो कार्य हुआ नहीं) उसका न्यूनतम मूल्य घटाकर और धनराशि की डिमाण्ड गलत ढंग से कर रहा है। कैसे मैनेज करे।

कभी भी ठेकेदार से काम शिरु करने से पहेले लिखित में ले लेना चाहिए । आप उस से पहेले तो अपना हिसाब कीजिये अब तक के काम का और फिर चार लोगों को दिखाए तब भी ना माने तो FIR भी कर सकते हो। यदि आप को कोई दिक़्क़त FIR करने या लीगल halp की ज़रूरत है तो हम से भी सम्पर्क कर सकते है कभी भी ठेकेदार से काम शिरु करने से पहेले लिखित में ले लेना चाहिए । आप उस से पहेले तो अपना हिसाब कीजिये अब तक के काम का और फिर चार लोगों को दिखाए तब भी ना माने तो FIR भी कर सकते हो। यदि आप को कोई दिक़्क़त FIR करने या लीगल halp की ज़रूरत है तो हम से भी सम्पर्क कर सकते है

Q: उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक द्वारा उत्पीडन

मै प्राथमिक विद्यालय मे प्रधानाध्यापक हू।विद्यालय के समीप स्थित ऊच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय का प्रधानाध्यापक मुझसे शत्रुओं जैसा व्यवहार करता है।बात करने पर विवाद करता है।शिकायत करने पर कोई सुनवाई नही होती है।अनेको प्रकार की धमकियां भी मिल रही है।संविलियन के नियमों को आधार बनाकर मुझे परेशान करता है।मुझसे धनराशि भी मागता हैं।मुझे क्या करना चाहिए

आप को अपने घर, अपने से अपर अधिकारियों से बात कर के सब कुछ लिखित में बता देना ही चाहिए। और फिर भी ना हो तो CM पोर्टल पर भी शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते है। और जब भी दुबारा करे तो फ़ोन रिकॉर्डिंग या विडीओ भी रिकॉर्डिंग कर सकते है। एक बार रिकॉर्डिंग हो गयी तो उसे लेकर पुलिस FIR भी करा सकते हो

I am 4 year married woman . My husband is forcing me for annul sex and oral sex during sex he always beat me and abused me when I refused it. I never had good sex with my husband when I refused oral and annal sex he creat physically and mentally torture he abused me and my family he beat me. He is addicted to porn videos he treat me like porn girl not wife. He always give me threat regarding his physical relation with another girl. Yesterday he beat me and abused me because of I refused oral sex . He and his family took a lot of money in marriage from my family by force but they were not setisfied they always tortured me from 4 year. I am in very problem please help me.

Sexual Violence in the Domestic Space is an oft forgotten and rampant area of sexual violence. It is here that sexual violence also finds cover under the law. IPC 377 (Unnatural Sex – the same law that criminalizes homosexuality) in case of marital rape, Invariably domestic sexual harassment victims either use IPC 498A (Cruelty towards a Married Woman) or the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence act, 2005, to get justice. While the husband is exempt from IPC 375 dealing with rape, his relatives are not. You can take the legal help from any lawyer.

Q: I said abusive language on telephone to another person and he said me.

Police arrest me but second person not arrested by the police. Please suggest me for next action. Police not file any charge and only me in the police station.

In this type of case in strict legal terms it will amount to a non cognizable(NC) offence. If it is reported to to Police they will record a NC complaint. The complainant, if desires, may approach the court and file his complaint u/s 156 (3 ) Cr P C. The Court may direct to the local Police Station the Investigate the crime and file report. But it will be very very difficult to prove the charges unless thee abusing phone call is recorded and the caller’s voice is proved by Forensic evidence. Any enmity, dispute, litigation and previous complaints against the caller will be supporting evidence.

Q: Cannot find 13B case status online

Hi Team, my divorce has been done mutually [13B HMA], and waiting for the order. I am not able to find the status or any information for this application online. i tried in eCourtservices application as well but no luck Could you please suggest?

You can apply for court order with application fee in applicable court. You can also search by app. Download eCourts app: Searching a case through CNR number When you open the eCourts Services app, it will show a box through which you can ‘Search by CNR’. The CNR number is a unique 16-digit alphanumeric number, which is assigned to each case filed in the high courts or district courts.
