Can the Discharge application is to be filed if Complaint filed bogue

Can the Discharge application is to be filed if Complaint filed by complainant is bogues ( under corruption PC Act ) by the accused i.e. for example, the complainant living in Nanded who has filed complainant to Nagpur( 300 km. away from Nanded) at 10.30 am. on 20.02.2024 and same day booked the case by making the all panchaname ,statements etc. when it is beyond imagination. Please guide me.
You may file Discharge Application before the court but the application will be decided based upon the evidences proposed by the prosecution to prove the allegations in the charge sheet. If prima facie case is made out based upon the evidences then court will reject your discharge
