Can the bail be taken before case stands in court?

19-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I have filed complaint in police station and received a copy of FIR. I want to stand my case in court but yet I have not taken my case in court. I received a phone call from police station that opposite party has got bail. Is it possible? As a complainer, I should take the case in court by producing FIR copy and documents but police saying opposite party has got the bail. Please guide on the same. Thank you

hi

in this case accused has right to avail anticipatory bail and regular bail which seems like the accused has availed.

your case will proceed step by step by preparing charge sheet, framing of charges etc.

yes it is possible . what's your file complaint before the police station complaint will be reduced to the FIR and police will investigate the matter. Depending upon the sections invoked in the FIR, the accused have the option to get bail. Call for more detailed explanation.
