Can Surety he has given at the time of bail

Sir will court give notice to accused in criminal case if surety wants to withdraw his surety which was given at the time of bail and what is the course left open for accused than?

hi yes court would give notice to the accused if surety wants to withdraw and notice would be issued to accused and you could request time ti engage a new surety in behalf of you and to protect your intersts
