Can someone file a false hope of marriage case against me?

During our time of relationship I had made clear that our relationship might not work. Can she or her parents file a false hope of marriage case? Because I had said multiple times I can imagine marrying her but never as a method for attaining sexual relations. In the end she broke up with me. What if she lies or her parents lie? What can I do?

Hello sir, as per the facts stated by you, there could be possibility of filing a false complaint by the girl or her parents. But if the intention and there was no false promise to marry et cetera you still have a good footing in the case, please feel free to call us and discuss further. Thank you
