There is an accident case where the pillion rider died in the accident . There is FIR against the rider with these sections 279, 304, can it be quashed in high court?
hi first need to see the contents of the FIR and chargesheet and if they are false and baseless and then you could file quash petition in high court as that you were not concerned with the offence mentioned
