31-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
In judgment, judge intentionally maliciously fraudulently removed lifetime imprisonment IPC charges 467 and 472 and convicted that national level fraudster for only 2 years and 9 months for which he was already in jail and let him immediately free and now he is absconded. No recovery has been done from fraudster. The corrupt judge is retiring on 30 Jun 2023, only one month later. nwhether complete involved amount can be recovered from corrupt judge along with criminal proceedings under PC Act.

First of all stop adressing that judge as corrupt because by doing so you are not insulting that judge but contempting the court of law.

Secondly if you think that the judgment given is malicious and wrong option of going to appeal is open to all the human.

Thirdly no you cannot recover amount from the judge because judge is not liable for any recovery of money which is fraudulently taken by person.
