Can a 3rd party file an FIR against me under section 507 ? Does wishing death on someone online comes under this Like " i wish you were dead "

The Indian Penal Code has clearly given as to what constitutes a criminal intimidation. When there is a threat by a person to another person, then this will be an essential ingredient to constitute criminal intimidation along with other ingredients. However, your mentioned query does not demonstrate any threat as such.
