If a woman brings rape charges against a boy , so, can police arrest that boy immediately as the basis of that girl without any enquiry???

Yes the police can arrest immdeiately the boy on the basis of complaint by a girl of rape charges as the offence of rape is non-bailable and the police cna arrest. now uyou have to take bail from the sessions court
