You have to be cautious otherwise he may end up with imprisonment or fine or both by committing adultery under Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

You cannot force him to stay with you legally. The wiser option is to ask him to file for divorce and after the divorce is granted you can stay in a live in relationship.

More facts are required to answer your query precisely.

Thank you.

You can't do that, there is no such relation you have with man which you can enforced by law.

Even you can't ask maintenance or any other things from a man who lives with you in relationship.
But you can lodge criminal complain for sexual assault against a man, but you have to proved that you assaulted by him.

Hi,

Maam relationship should be out of love and affection, it should not be forced. Forced relations will not workout.
If physical relationship were based on fraud, threat or false promise you can file the complaint against the offender .

Thanks

It is illegal to have a live in relationship with the married person. Legally the married person has to take a divorce from his spouse and then only he can stay in live in or get married to you. Kindly convince him to get the divorce and then stay in live in with you
