Can Lower Court Judgement Helpful In Court For Reference

My wife submitting false bills (as per RTI reply from GST Department) with her complaint in CAW and domestic violence, after 2 months FIR was registered u/s 498,406,34 thereafter i was approached to the court in 156(3) for FIR against her, What are the IPC section will attract of said offence.

Hello sir, the IPC sections has already been attracted towards you, now what's left is what the police would find out after there investigation. and if you believe there is any kind of anticipation of arrest then in that case u need to apply for an anticipatory bail.

Hi, producing false evidence before Hon'ble Court will attract penal charges. In your case wherein offence under 498A has been charged, you need to seek anticipatory bail. For more information feel free to have a word with me.
