Can juvenile offenders eligible for quashing by High Court

Can the past record of juvenile offenders who found guilty, qualify for the High Court for quashing under sec. 482 of cr.pc?

Its upto the high court, if the offence is related to society which is grevious and henious in nature then it is difficult to convince the court. Yes past record of the offender always took into the consideration in criminal cases.

In this matter it is totally upon the discretion of the hon'ble high court to quash the FIR as the juvenile is an habitual offender and also it is depends upon the crime or offence that the said juvenile is committed
