Can indian ladies do whatever they want ??

There is a lady who is sending messages to my family members that I hacked her phone while I never met her from past 2 years. She is also saying I had a relationship with some married lady don't know whom. She sent the message to my sister who doesn't know her at all. Last I was in touch is June 2021. I live in USA now. What to do ?
