Can I work in abroad if i have criminal case pending in India

will i be able to get passport and work in abroad if i have a case on me. This criminal case is registered on 2009, i was 15 years old that time. can you tell me how to apply for passport and get the permission to work in abroad from the court.
Tell your stage of your case and thereafter you should also verify through your counsel ???? Incase if the matter is acquittal your not relying upon any law else you may be Convicted and you arr suppose to approaches Apex court

If you are 15 years old at that time means the above case will be comes under Juvenile justice board. I don't why after 7 years it was not finished. Under these circumstance you can file a petition in that court and get permission for applying passport and get permission to work in abrod.
