26-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I got a bail from session court under that condition need permission to visit out of india. Our family is travelling to Abu Dhabi for 4days on tourist visa we have return ticket. Chrgesheet is not yet filled. I am out on bail from 5 months.will be any problem if we of without taking persmission we rec'd visa also. It is purely on tourist visa not on employment.
If there is no condition raised by your opponent during the bail application then you can visit, but you can also file an application before the same court seeking the permission for your visit. The court will grant you permission as per their condition
Dear Sir..
You should take the permission of Court , as Court specifically directed in bail order . As you got the bail 5 month before, and police had not been filed chargesheet till today it means more than90 day are over so the Court may grant u permission for visit out of country...

You cannot travel without taking permission of the court whether for tourism or otherwise. If you do so, same will be a violation of your bail condition and police can move for cancellation of your bail. The court generally gives permission to travel so might as well apply and travel post due permission.
As per law you are not supposed to leave the country in such case. But only if you are returning with the time and the Court is unaware then it is totally ok for you to travel and return back. Just see that you dont get any summons from the Court or such kind of notice etc. for not leaving the country.
