Can I shift cases /attend cases in my home town

Hi Iam Raj kumar Iam from Shivakasi, Tamilnadu. I have 7 Criminal cases in Anantapur,Andhrapradesh . Iam going t Anantapur Andhrapradesh to attend the court for every hearing. Iam travelling whole month due to 7 cases with different dates. Can I shift my cas to my home town Shivakasi Tamilnadu or can I attend in the court of Shivakasi on behalf of attending in Andhra pradesh. Please help me iam suffering a lot due to travelling and expenses my age is 50.all cases chargesheet has been filed.

hi alocious here, I can well understand your grievance, but transfer of a criminal case from one state to another is not possible and can be allowed only under exceptional circumstances which I believe is not present in the current case, you can call me back if you want any further clarifications thank you

The transfer of case proceedings and It can be exercised in response to an application filed by any of the involved parties. This means that any party to the case can apply to the Supreme Court for the transfer of a suit or proceeding from one state to another.
