can i refer CS in first hearing

Dear sir,
My wife filed false case under 377. FIr was delayed for two yrs. In the mean time I managed to get her medical report 9(to avoid change later). Now CS is filed and I collected it (after giving an application to court) before my hearing date( which is after two months from now). In CS third page(history/clinical finding/treatment) of medical report is not attached (which will help me as it contains clear report by doctor ). I think in first hearing they will give me CS copy. During first appearance
1. can I ask court to get third page of my wifes medical report?
2. By my first question , court can make out that I have actual copy of medical report. Will it be negative for me?
court will not entertain any of your application whatever you have to say or ask you have to do it through your advocate.

if the charge sheet has been filed then the only remedy is to file bail application there you can take pleadings whatever are necessary as per documents filed by you and the opposite party and the allegations which are fraudulent under section 161 your statement and her statement will be relevant.
