Can i punish the complainant who put a false case upon me?

The girl framed a false case upon me stating under section 376,417,313,506 and i got arrested. i was in judicial custody for a month. now during trial, when court sent summons to her to appear, she became hostile and came after 4-5 dates and wanted to abort the case. The case is about to be closed now So here i want to know is there any law that can punish her for falsely drafting charges upon me?
