Can I move directly to Hon'ble High Court Patna for Remedies. I had nothing to do with the incidence which took place in the premises of my university. We have complete CCTV footage without sound recording. I am no where in contact of the complainant.

Anticipatory bail is not maintainable in case of Sc/ST act. You have to file for bail in trial court and dissatisfied with that order you can move to high court. As you have told that you had nothing to do with the incident, you may move ABP in trial court and when cd and criminal history comes on record, you may surrender and get bail subject to merit of your case. you may contact me through lawrato app for further information
