Can I join Bank of case is pending on me

Sir plz tell me can I join bank if a case is pending on me under 323 293 506 34.

If u have got a joining letter then u can join but have u mentioned about ur criminal cases . U can file for quashing of fir in high court as the cases registered against u might cause problems for bu in future as it is the law that it is up to the govt to keep a person if he has criminal cases.

Yes of course you can join but you will have to declare the past criminal antecedent....it will be open for the bank to accept you as their employee or reject you as per their policy accordingly you can challenge the rejection order if any before a court of competent jurisdiction.
