Can i go abroad without any issues if im charge with 20(b)(ii)A

Hello, In 2021 im charged with 20(b)(ii)A and till this day im going to the court to prove that im innocent.. do i have any issues if i pay the summens and close the case ? Wil i be having any problem in the future related to this.. ? Can i go abroad without ang black mark on my passport ?? Please reply.. it will be a huge helpfull..

No such serious problems in paying fine on #Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act) small quantity cases. If you apply for any scholarship and academic related visa it will be marked as a black mark but some countries student visas never have any issues related to this kind of case. It mostly depends upon the country you going to apply for the visa.
