Can I give Power of attorney to my husband

Can giving power of attorney to my husband for some fake case can I avoid going to court even after giving written submission.

no if the court calls you for the appearance in person then you have to appear in person. but if court calls for record then you can send it via any one. under crpc. it is the process of court which cannot be avoided until and unless court allows
