Go for quashing of the FIR by way of writ petition in High Court. It will be much faster and easier disposal of the pending criminal trial. This is only if you have sufficient evidence to prove it’s an act of vengeance by her parents.

you got to contest the allegations. If you have proofs with you then you may directly approach high court understand section 482 of criminal procedure code and go for quashing of FIR Registered against you.

Hi, you can apply for anticipatory bail. if you have reliable material, you can get bail. The offence is cognizable and tried by Magistrate Court. You can apply for Anticipatory bail to Sessions Court.
