Can I get back my deposited money

I have deposited my money for famous Jewellery, which has 9 branches in Tamilnadu. Suddenly the shops closed and the owner vanished. But he has more properties than cheated amount. Is it possible to get my money? Also any record available for old cases like people got their money back.
