You are eligible to get opportunity in all vacancies untill you are convicted by the court .You may produce your side strongly whether question is arised about the case as only allegation against anyone not a base to be convicted . After trial there will be finally convicted And then you will be not allowed to get opportunity and you may lose your opportunity after being convicted

You are not convicted yet but alleged of the offences so you the accused person. The government job you will apply for what terms or condition mention it depends on them . For example that are you convicted for a crime or what .....?

No you cannot get a government job until the case will disposed of and you will discharged from the allegations of this case.
But after judgement passed by the Ld. Court if found that you are not guilty then you can get govt. Job.
