Can i fly abroad without permission

19-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hi, I was arrested wrongfully in section 353 , I got bail in the same but court have ordered me not to leave Maharashtra without court permission, but not mentioned any time period. I applied for permission but it got rejected as chargesheet wasn't filed. I have to go abroad as my visa will expire in a month. Chargesheet will be filed in this week. So the question is can I fly abroad after the chargesheet is filed? And if I will try to fly without permission would I be stopped at immigration check at the airport? Does court informs immigration department about the restrictions on a person.

Your bail can be cancelled due to breach of bail condition. Therefore you can again file application for permission after filing of charge sheet in court. Court may in it's discretion allow the permission to go to abroad

Well, if it has already been written in your Bail Order, that, you cannot fly without the permission of the court. Then in such a case, you must seek the permission of the court. Otherwise, if you breach that promise, a lookout circular will be issued against you and Police can take the help of Interpol to nab you from abroad.
