Can I file rape complaint without involvement of parents

Hello, I’m 24 year old working independent women, can I file rape complaint against my boyfriend without involving or without letting my parents know?

If you have been subjected to abuse or any crime has been committed against you by someone then it is always advisable to approach police for action. As for your concern of not letting your parents know about the same, it depends upon the kind of complaint you file. If your complaint doesn't involve your parents then police will not contact them. So a meticulous complaint has to be drafted under the supervision of a criminal side advocate.

Yes, you can. However, you have to remain quite cautious, that, your Parents should not come to know about it. I will tell you several tips to do that. If you will follow, then it will be really great.
