Can I file Perjury case under 195 crpc

I have private 420 case against me.comolainant has submitted in affidavit that police refused to take his complaint so he approached court.but we were called for investigation, he himself has withdrawn police complaint and we have documents from police and we have call recording of our agreement.can I file complaint under 195 crpc to stop further proceedings as he has committed perjury?

Well, if he had given the details falsely on an affidavit, then, you can file a case of Perjury against the Offender, who gave false information on an Affidavit and get him punished. You must collect all the evidences before filing a Perjury Case.
