Dear Sir Please beware of the consequences, before you make a move of your own. Please note that if she files a police complaint, an FIR under Sec. 376 IPC may get registered against you for committing rape on the pretext of promise to marry her. It requires a detailed discussion before you go ahead. You may consult me in that regard though.

There has to be a proof of the matter to file a case. it is better suggested that you should file a complaint to the nearest police station so that the police can initiate the action and post that you can file the complaint in the court

Certainly, you have the option to file a suit for damages, criminal intimidation, and hurt against her. However, it's important to consider that she could also file a rape case against you (rape under the false pretext of marriage). Securing bail in such cases can be challenging, and there may be significant consequences in terms of reputation damage. It might be best to engage in a calm conversation with her and work towards settling the matter amicably. Communication in a composed manner often leads to resolution. It's crucial to remember that anger can be both hazardous and costly.
