Can I fil fir again against my neighbour once again

Sir, I was having an extra marital affair with my neighbour. I made a fir against him that he raped me.but on the next day morning he beg in front of me...then I made a wrong statement infront of the majistrate that I did physical with him by my choice. Now can I make fir once again against him

yes if it was a rape in its true sense and the statement you made to magistrate was because of undue influence, you can file the complaint again but the credibility of your complaint will be called in question.

hello client as i can see your issue which is serious in nature as you have already given statement in front if magistrate . so in this matter we need to move to high court directly so we can get the things in our fevour from high court itself.

If there is a fresh cause of action then you can always file a complaint against him with the police station of your area. You can also say that the reason for the wrong statement before the magistrate was he threatened me to dire consequences if I didn’t follow his instructions.
